Warranty Request
At Pink Dolphin Remodeling, we stand behind our work. All roofing, siding, window, and gutter installations include workmanship warranties to give you peace of mind.
Roofing and Siding Warranty
All roofing and siding projects include a 2-year workmanship (labor) warranty.
This warranty covers leaks or defects caused by our workmanship, beginning after project completion and full payment.
Coverage includes:
- Workmanship-related issues only
- Repairs to leaks or installation defects
- Service provided by Pink Dolphin Remodeling
Warranty terms:
- Non-transferrable
- Applies to the original homeowner only
- Does not cover consequential or unrelated damages
Window and Door Warranty
All window and door installations include a 2-year workmanship (labor) warranty.
This warranty covers defects related to our workmanship, beggining after project completion and full payment.
Warranty details:
- Covers workmanship-related issues only
- Non-transferrable
- Applies to the original homeowner
- Excludes consequential or unrelated damages
Gutter and Gutter Guard Warranty
All gutter and gutter guard installations include a 1-year Workmanship (labor) warranty.
Coverage begins after installation is complete and payment has been recieved in full.
Warranty details:
- Covers workmanship-related issues only
- Non-transferrable
- Applies to the original homeowner
- Excludes consequential or unrelated damages
Roofing Repairs Warranty
All roofing repairs include a 30-day workmanship warranty.
This warranty applies only to the specific area that was repaired.
Because repairs often involve older materials or previous installations, identifying the exact source of an issue may require multiple visits. All repair work is documented for future reference.
Important note:
Due to variations in existing materials and wear over time, an exact color or shingle match may not always be possible.
Siding Repairs Warranty
All siding repairs include a 30-day workmanship warranty.
Due to the nature of siding repair work, such as working with interlocking panels and existing materials not originally installed by our team, extended warranty coverage is not provided.
Important notes:
- Coverage applies to workmanship only
- Limited to the specific area repaired
- Exact material or color matches may not always be possible
Because of manufacturer changes, weather exposure, and natural aging, matching existing siding, fascia, soffit, or other exterior components can be difficult.
