Warranty Request
At Pink Dolphin Remodeling, we take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of our work. All our roofing, siding, windows, and gutter installations come with comprehensive workmanship warranties to give you peace of mind.
Roofing and Siding Warranty
All roofing and siding products installed by PinkDolphin Remodeling come with a 5-year Workmanship or Labor Warranty. This warranty covers any leaks or defects caused by our workmanship, starting from the date we finish the project and after full payment is received. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the homeowner at the time the work was completed. Should any issues arise due to our workmanship, we will fix the deficiencies, though we are not responsible for any consequential damages.
For added protection, we offer a one-time payment of up to $250 for any interior damage resulting from workmanship within the first year of installation. This coverage ensures you are protected in case of workmanship-related water intrusion within the first year, as most issues are exposed early on due to seasonal changes and weather conditions.
Window and Door Warranty
Our window and door products come with a 2-year Workmanship or Labor Warranty. This warranty covers you against workmanship-related defects from the date the project is completed and full payment is made. The warranty is non-transferable and limited to the original property owner. Should any issues arise due to our workmanship, Pink Dolphin Remodeling will address the deficiencies but is not responsible for any consequential damages.
Gutter and Gutter Guard Warranty
All gutter and gutter guard products are covered by a 1-year Workmanship or Labor Warranty. This warranty begins once the installation is complete and payment has been received in full. Like our other warranties, it is non-transferable and applies only to the property owner at the time of completion. Any workmanship-related issues will be corrected, though consequential damages are not covered.
Roofing Repairs Warranty
Roofing repairs at Pink Dolphin Remodeling come with a 30-day workmanship warranty. This warranty strictly covers the specific area repaired. Given the nature of repairs and the challenge of dealing with aging products or installations not performed by our team, locating the source of water intrusion can sometimes require multiple attempts. Rest assured, all repairs are documented in your project file for future reference.
Please note, due to variations in the availability of older shingles, manufacturer updates, and wear over time, an exact match for shingle repairs is rarely possible.
Siding Repairs Warranty
For siding repairs, we provide a 30-day workmanship warranty. Due to the complexity of service work—such as filling gaps, dealing with interlocking panels, and repairing products not originally installed by our team—we cannot provide extended workmanship coverage.
Similar to roofing repairs, exact matches for siding, fascia, soffit, or other exterior components are rare due to manufacturer changes and the natural aging and exposure of existing materials.
